Breakfast with Santa will make the holidays come to life as soon as you walk through the door. Annual Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade
Newport Beach/Newport Bay
December 16 - 20, 2015
FREE to the public. The boat parade will light up the harbor for five consecutive nights. The parade starts at Bay Island at 6:00 p.m. and will last approximately three and a half hours. Over 250 ships participate in the parade along with hundreds of water front estates. Providing the backdrop for the parade is the Ring of Lights waterfront home and business decorating competition. FREE for spectators, entry fee for participating boats. Over million and half people view the parade each year.
On the opening night of the parade (December 16) at about 6:20 pm, a special opening fireworks display will take place to kick off the parade.
And for the closing night of the parade (December 20) at 9:30 pm, a closing fireworks display takes place.
For those of you that would like to be in parade Davey's Locker offers 3 general admission cruises nightly every night of the parade that are a part of the actual parade. Viewing the parade from a ship means that you see all of the parade and homes in full decor that line the waterfront. General admission tickets can be reserved over the phone.

A holiday tradition of hope continues this December as South County Outreach presents its second annual Festival of Trees fundraising event. The Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach will be transformed into a winter wonderland with elaborately decorated trees, each with its own unique theme. Trees will be sponsored and decorated by businesses, organizations or individuals and will be the centerpieces of the Silver and Gold Reception & Tree Auction on Thursday, December 3, at 6:30 p.m.
The extravagant trees will be on display November 20 through December 2 in the public areas of the Fairmont and can be viewed free of charge. The Silver and Gold Reception will feature wine, hors d’ oeuvres, seasonal entertainment and an exciting live auction. Reception reservations are $100 or 10 for $900. Winning bidders will have their holiday trees delivered to their home or business. As part of the event, the Fairmont – the presenting sponsor of Festival of Trees – will host a Trees of Hope holiday toy drive to support the South County Outreach Adopt-A-Family program. The public is invited to bring toy donations to the Fairmont.

Annual Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade

FREE to the public. The boat parade will light up the harbor for five consecutive nights. The parade starts at Collins Island at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately three and a half hours over 250 ships participate in the parade along with hundreds of water front estates. Providing the backdrop for the parade is the Ring of Lights waterfront home and business decorating competition. FREE for spectators, entry fee for participating boats. Over million and half people view the parade each year.
For those of you that would like to be in parade both Newport Landing and Davey's Locker will offer 3 general admission cruises nightly every night of the parade that are a part of the actual parade. Viewing the parade from a ship means that you see all of the parade and homes in full decor that line the waterfront. General admission tickets can be reserved over the phone.
