Slimmer Before Thanksgiving Dinner Holiday Event - Orange

SAVE THE DATE for Saturday, November 21st from 7:00am-1:00pm. Longevity Sport and Fitness will be hosting a "Slimmer Before Thanksgiving Dinner Holiday Event" with the health organizations GuardaHeart and Body-Comp Dexa Scan. GuardaHeart will be offering heart testing and education through their PUL Cardiac test. Learn about your Heart Age and get your heart tested at the GUARDaHEART booth. Additionally, Body-Comp will be performing in depth body composition for all interested community members.

Longevity group classes will be complimentary for all! The classes will run at 7am, 8am, and 9am. Make sure to get to our 7am class a bit early to secure your spot! The class will be a Boot Camp taught by fitness celebrity Tony Lattimore! If that isn't enough excitement, celebrity fitness model and champion body builder, Lauren Powers, will also be in attendance!

This is an event you will not want to miss! We can't wait to see all of you and focus on your overall health before the holiday season!
