more. Wineries and brewers in attendance
include Clos Du Bois, Brewbakers, Frei Brothers
Reserve and many others. Proceeds benefit
the children's wing of the Huntington Beach

The
Earth Day Celebration at Bolsa Chica Wetlands
is a fun free way to get outside and learn
about the environment with the whole family!
The day will include interactive booths
and games that explore all aspects of the
wetlands! Featuring marine animals, birds,
coyotes and racoons, wetland ecology,history
of the wetlands, and guided tours; kids
can have fun while learning all about the
wetlands and recieve prizes for answering
questions! Hot dogs, sno cones, refreshments
and more!

of July Parade & Pier Festival
The day starts early with the Surf City
5K Run and Fitness Expo, the Huntington
Beach Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast and then
the Annual Huntington Beach 4th of July
Parade makes its way along historic Main
Street parade route.
After
the parade ends, everyone is invited to
bask in the Huntington Beach sun and enjoy
the Pier Festival until evening, when the
excitement mounts in anticipation of a spectacular
fireworks display over the ocean. |

Street Halloween Celebration
October 31, 2008
For
children of all ages, this annual Halloween
celebration features trick or treat-ing,
kiddie rides and more. Sponsored by the
Downtown Business Association, the spooky
festivities include a moon bounce, petting
zoo, Ferris wheel, pumpkin carving, costume
contests and more.
