Ballroom Dance with Jillian

Want to learn some sexy Salsa moves, be cheeky in the Cha Cha or how about some uber tangolicious Argentine Tango?? Jillian Forbath, UCI Anteater alum, professional ballroom dancer and award winning theatrical director will help the leader learn to lead and the follower to follow with patient and wise instruction gathered from decades of dancing. Located freeway close in Newport Beach by the John Wayne Airport, Jillian is available weekends, weeknights and during the day for her students to hone their dancing skills, learn new steps and prepare for special events with choreographed dances.

Exciting dance classes provide children with a fun-filled experience in creative movement combining introductory ballet, jazz, and tap technique. Strong emphasis is placed on learning steps from the beginning and developing a solid foundation for future dance classes and musical theatre performances. Students enjoy a wide array of dance activities including games, music and movement, rhythm, strength building, props, and group activities.

CSSD teams of dancers are grouped together by their experience and training level. Each member is required to take bas ic dance technique classes in Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Acrobatics, and Tap. All levels & ages are welcome, including no experience through the advanced dancer. For auditions, bring headshot/snapshot, appropriate dance shoes and dance attire and be prepared to dance.
