Located
on the coast in the upper north end of Orange
County, the City of Seal Beach, a charter city,
was incorporated in 1917.
With a population of over 24,000, Seal Beach is
also home to Leisure World and it's population
of 9,000 senior residents. This was the first
major planned retirement community of its type
in the U.S.
Known
for it's charming, small town atmosphere, Seal
Beach also houses a 920 acre national wildlife
refuge which encompasses 2/3 of the land inside
the city. It's a popular town for visitors with
it's scenic beaches and climate weather.
